The system which will give the highest position to everybody by equal efforts & opportunities, that system is called as “SAMA SAMAJAMU”.
Highest position varies according to their individual interest; one person opt (Political) empowerment, Another love or may opt respect, Job, Education.
In pure Sama Samajamu system there is no place to caste, class (Varga), race (Vamsha), adding grand father’s name or any other hereditary centralization schemes. For that to take step forward strongly, telling you the inter caste marriages centralizing Sama Samaja System, briefly “SAMA SAMAJAMU”.
METHOD:
We should hit the hill atleast with another small hill, that means to achieve caste alternate system, we should atleast start group like a small caste number, atleast 5 to 10 thousand general members.
Trusted persons in leading wing should be atleast 100 in number. When general members are in thousands it is not possible to lead them without adequate number of leaders as we have to use huge issues, manifesto & constructive levels in “SAMA SAMAJAMU” as steps.
We have got a good base for members by conducting “VANA BOJANALU” and other meetings, happy thing that hundreds of members directly, thousands indirectly expressing their similar thought.
ASHRAM (SHELTOR):
Required Caste=0, thinking leading wing containing 100 determined persons, other interested 10,000, general members, with a bigger setup called “SAMA SAMAJA ASHRAMA” to do all supporting work.
In this wide bigger place we should do thousands of inter caste marriages by “casteless marriages introducing marriage bureau”, that means people they don’t even keep their caste names in marriage bureau, otherwise if they want to keep caste, they can fill in computer, that will be managed by passwords. Only inter caste marriages will be allowed, Ashram contains all types of functional units to support that society.
Everybody have entry in to this ashram, but there will be probation period to prove them self. This period help improve human values, respect and belief between the members, it give new friendships to forget old caste based friendships.
Time based three divisions:
1) First division:- They are of 3 years probation time, inter caste married who are showing interest on our terms. They voluntarily sacrifice (detach) from caste, race (Vamsha), grandfather names & caste related anything including caste reservations but without anybody’s pressure, with self consciousness.
Note:-Our employment providing committee concentrate on private reservations and those reservations providing institutions names will be announced (shortlisted) in our websites and other communication ways. Even we will concentrate on government reservations upto we achieve casteless India for example if this society members are 10% according to every 5/10 years census we try for 10% reservation for that 5 or 10 years, if society grow by next census to 20% we will try for that percentage. This is special cultural quota” like sports quota reservations.
2) Second division contain 4, 5 years of probation period, members are inter caste married who show more interest on society terms but
a) Caste name tagged ‘or’ b) Grand father name ‘or’ other hereditary centralizing name tagged.Eg:- Rahul Gandhi, Neethu Ambani (Note: Excuse me for using the names)
c) ‘or’ using caste reservations
(Note:- Whoever wants to come, they can come but voluntarily, with full of confidence on our constructive development and terms & conditions. Not only that they should aware of facing probation period, during that all casteless culture get habituated, their interest & stability has to get proved.
3) Third division:- It’s of 6 to 7 years. Members are caste married, but having lot of interest towards this society and themselves ready to loose caste, initials, grand fathers tags, any other caste & hereditary tags & methods (Caste reservations). They have entry after taking membership into ashram. Non-members can come upto visitor’s lounge.
IDENTITY CARD:
In First year Sama Samajamu will be written in big letters, but below with very small letters will be written like this “I am not an Idiot to say, think, and ask the caste as I joined in the Sama Samajamu Society”. In second year card will be written as “I am proud to be a member of the SAMA SAMAJAMU SOCIETY, where we should not say, think, and ask the caste”.
STRUCTURE OF ASHRAMA:
1. Community Hall: For small society meetings etc.
2. Function Hall: Marriages, big gathering etc. purpose. Provision of CC Cameras & Biometric Machines recommended to maintain member’s attendance & discipline.
3. Basic needs concerned places, like education health, colonies etc provisions.
4. Employment concerned place, small to big scale industries provisions.
5. Casteless concerned services:
a) Expert’s committee for removing caste concerned language & caste culture theories.
b) All caste based professions education, research support services provided.
c) Correction of caste mythological stories, & it’s Expert Hindu philosophers support.
d) Community elders support in all casteless culture marriages; maintenance of C.C. Camaras & Biometric methods for attendance and disciplinary measure, especially in support of bride or bridegroom selection like probation period attendance can be checked.
POORNA SABYATVA (GREEN CARD):
After probation period of 3, 5, 7 years we do “KULA SANYASA MAHOTSAVA” (The Caste sacrificing grand ceremony) and remove grandparents, caste name, replace with “Sama” (by giving Sama award), remove the Vamsha(initials)
for girl child, add “father name” in the place of Vamsha
for male child, add the “mother name”
“Sama” means the person who has, declares, shows equal feelings on everybody; condemns the unequal feelings loaded caste system, by following structural measures.
Note:- We with intellectuals discussed even about alternative to “Sama” as “Satya” “Dharma” “Kurasa” (Kula rahita samaja). But people may misinterpete gradually, whatever they know as Satya, Dharma “Kurasa” is a negative word. So finally we decided as “Sama”. And thought “Sama” word will indicate and direct towards equalism for future, even after thousands of years.
There will be the probation period atleast 2, 3 years, for children of Sama Samajams members, after their 18 years of age so we oppose completely the hereditary order of malpractices.
There will be “disciplinary action Committee” to take actions on members if they cross our Sama terms and conditions.
“Sama” awarded community member lead all financials, wealth of society & other services.
Primary membership holder will get gradually the leading responsibilities and benefits.
Ashrama contains “humanist Centre” lead by rationalist members who mainly focus on humanist values, scientific up lift.
In all our Educational Institutions maintains compulsory caste based professional syllabus education programs in basic level, including practicals atleast in 10 to 20 main professions by 10th Class; In intermediate special ITI like training courses (Diplomas) will be there. Further UG, P.G Phd., research level education provided according to need.
For Example agriculture, weaving, tailoring, salooning, carpentry, preparing baskets, chapplas, pots, jewellory, pourohith & Yoga training etc.
And concerned tools, machines & literature should be freely distributed to 9th or 10th class level students by private and government support.
Compulsory education to all so that they should know the value of caste based profession as compulsory subject.
It is like teaching all professions those will be useful in day to day life. By school age students will get basic knowledge in that profession by 14 years, so that to lead life ‘or’ can join for higher level of education to get expert knowledge which ever they like the profession; or whichever they get more demand.
Because of above professional education the casteless cultured base will be created, gradually caste culture completely removed from profession circle. At the same time all professions will be strengthened by education & research policies. And no need to depend on outsiders for every small work; our self we can do and save lot of time and money, there by productivity improved.
Employment providing ways:-
a) Industries establishment by unity according to members strength & number.
b) Concentrating on participation of government & private sectors.
c) Private reservations by our similar view having persons, institutions, organisation, announcing every job opportunities in our web site & other communications.
d) Govt. special culture reservations achievement by using all concerned ways.
e) Govt. subsidies, facilities, corporation specific to society should be tried.
Sama Legal Committee:- Look after correction of names, constitional & law concerned works.
Sama Hindu Dharma Experts Committee:- They concentrate Hinduism to be away from caste mythological stories, caste gods. They provide non-hereditary mythology towards equalism. They may provide “Sama” Shaktipeetas.
“Sama Ashrama” premises contain all basic needs concerned structures etc.
Sama visionary different structures
a) Schools to Universities;
b) Hospitals etc;
c) Industries;
d) Residential colonies, apartments;
e) Media & Promedia coordination;
f) Political & Pro Political coordination.
Sama National: Committees:- When they are spreading to country level, they concentrate Economical equality; Plan for caste prohibition in some decades, and constitional correction towards it; coordinate with similar ideological powers.
Sama International:- Committees will concentrate on similar ideological countries; Improve NRI relations etc.
Sama Nature Committees:- Any way education & research in all caste based profession for compulsory to all students will improve the nature. As nature and that professions, biological diversity are interlinked. That should be taken forward.
Prevention committees for not to take ‘U’ turn again towards casteism:- They concentrate to provide education for all, Economical and employment security, equalism based spiritual base. It coordinate with other forces.
